Passive House living

The Breezehouse 2100 is an iconic home. It was first designed around Blu's signature glass-filled Breezespace to seamlessly connect airy, open interiors with the natural beauty of the outdoors. It's perfect for warmer weather climates, like California living. Dvele has kept all the features that make the Breezehouse so special, but have optimized the design with more climate resilient feature.

Climate-resilient

Using building science methods developed over 20 years, Dvele has designed a building envelope that significantly reduces the thermal bridgingheating and cooling gain/lossassociated with most inefficient homes. By it's nature, the house is created to keep you comfortable and safe in any climate or region. Combined with Dvele's Self-Powered™ systemclean energy production and storage your home will remain powered during electrical grid failures, which are becoming more common during wildfires and coldsnaps.

Backed by data

Of all the global emissions, about 42% are directly connected to the home construction industry.
This is all the carbon produced through the process of manufacturing the materials and products that go into the house, the lengths contractors drive to each site, and the appliances we use to operate the house. With Dvele, we utilize a disruptive fabrication process to lower the amount of the carbon needed to produce each home. From recycled light-gauge steel, to mineral-based paint, we're taking the planet's healthy seriously at every step of the process.
